The special camp out for the 2010-2011 Scouting Year for Pack 409 will be a sleepover on board the The Battleship Texas, a military ship that has been permanently docked near the San Jacinto Monument.
Departure and Arrival and Staying with the Pack
The check-in at the battleship is 6pm, and dinner is NOT provided Saturday Night. Camp out ends the next day (Sunday) after activities. The boats sleeping quarters are air conditioned, but the rest of the boat is not. The sleepover (camp out) will be April 2nd (Saturday), and starts at 6pm.

RULES and EXPECTATIONS
WHEN PACKING UP YOUR GEAR IN THE MORNING: PLEASE ANNOUNCE to everyone to look around bunk area, etc, and look for items not picked up: clothing, sunglasses, books, cell phones, gadgets of any kind, flag, etc. (Items get left behind frequently).
