COOKIES AND CAKES AND PIES OH MY
COME JOIN US!
Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 5pm

Follow the sweet treat road to Pflugerville First United Methodist Church
500 East Pecan Street in Pflugerville, TX.

This Bake Sale is one of Pack 409’s largest fundraisers, with the funds being used to develop and supplement Scouting activities for boys 1st —5th Grade in the Pflugerville area.

Each scout should bring to the pack meeting a baked item. Generally (but not always) cakes and pies are auctioned off; cookies and brownies are sold at a table.

Please bring items ready for either auction or wrapped for individual sale. If you are making an auction item, please also bring a short written description for me, and include why you/ your scout chose to make that, etc. I'll have a microphone, and any scout that wants to talk about his item may.

Because it is a fund raiser, we don't want the Pack 409 parents to be the primary buyers of our baked items, so please invite as many people as you can.

Because of the format, we probably won't have time for awards.

I am going to attempt to still have dens do their skits/songs during intermissions, etc.

BE CREATIVE! I still remember when my oldest was a Tiger there was a Webelos that baked a cake that looked like a hamburger and french fries.
Not very Thanksgiving, but completely neat!
